My name is Karol Itauma, and my background for many years has been in professional boxing. Alongside the support of my three brothers Moses Itauma, Charles Itauma, and Samuel Itauma — we turned a shared vision into reality with our first property acquisition in April 2024.

We purchased our first property for £224,000 and, by September that same year, had fully renovated it: secured a tenant on a 3-year agreement, and remortgaged it at a new valuation of £400,000 — following a £95,000 refurbishment.After two more successful projects, it marked the completion of our first goal: reaching a development GDV of £1.3 million within 13 months.

My vision is to achieve a £600 million GDV — and I believe we can reach this goal by partnering with individuals and businesses who are ready to leverage deals, build strong relationships, and drive growth together.
